What is the UMS Portal?
The UMS Portal is the branded client view on UMS. Can the portal use my brand and domain?
Yes. You set the branding, theme and custom domain for your client portal, and every client you invite signs in to that branded portal. Each operator organisation has one portal brand and one custom domain. Within it, you decide which accounts, sites, features and reports each client can see.
What can my clients see in the portal?
Only what you configure. You choose each client's accounts and sites, switch features and reports on or off, and add opt-in modules such as budgets and the supplier directory. Clients can see a Portfolio page with site and connection analytics, and approve payment files where a payment group is set up for it. A portal doesn't expose every UMS data feed or tool.
How is the UMS Portal priced?
The portal is the Custom Portal add-on, scoped and priced with our team. Unlimited users on your UMS plan doesn't mean the portal is included. You can give your clients portal access and package reporting and portal services for them as part of what you deliver, and charging them for it stays in your own accounting and commercial systems.
